L2’s Advisory Team shepherds brands through the digital and social media strategy process. Our 8-24 week customized engagements pick up where our Digital IQ Index® analysis leaves off. L2 experts assist executives to build and articulate the right strategic plan for their brand, including: timelines, budgets, metrics, vendors, and organizational considerations.
L2 is platform-agnostic and focused solely on shareholder value, with no bias towards technology or media. Clients include global iconic brands in the beauty, hospitality, fashion, watches & jewelry, and automobile industries .
Types of Engagements Include:
Digital Roadmaps: L2 develops a 12- to 24-month go-forward digital strategy for your brand across digital marketing, e-commerce, social media, and mobile. Working with the internal team, we articulate key themes and strategies so that your brand’s digital efforts form a comprehensive whole that is greater than the sum of loosely affiliated parts.
Organizational Strategy: L2 will evaluate your strategic goals, the organization structure that supports them and develop an organizational plan for success. We identify key roles, job titles and responsibilities, compensation benchmarks and structure that will optimize your performance.
Social Media Strategy: L2 develops eight to 10 social media programs that foot to brand assets and strategy. Working with the brand team, we develop criteria to cull program ideas that either drive top-line revenue or reduce marketing costs. We identify themes, budgets, metrics, and vendors, such that implementation of selected programs can commence immediately.
Site Optimization: Site optimization engagements are typically done in parallel with a brand’s site re-launch or re-platforming initiative, and include a comprehensive audit of the new site plan, a detailed look at industry best-practices, and a set of tactical recommendations to hand off to the development team.
