L2 Founder Scott Galloway discussed on Bloomberg this week Marc Andreessen’s resignation from eBay’s board. The Andreessen Horowitz partner resigned after a public feud with investor Carl Icahn, who pushed for the PayPal split. Galloway said the move was a right one, and a declaration of victory. Andreessen has served on eBay’s board for six years, and is now free to continue his successful venture capital business. Galloway added that it wouldn’t be surprising if his resignation was part of a deal struck with Icahn to calm him down. See full video here.
