A continued winner: Starbucks. Enrollment in the brand’s loyalty program surged this year despite widely publicized changes to how rewards points are awarded, and the brand boasts¬†the 23rd most-used mobile app in the U.S.

A winner: The top 20%. We hear a lot about the top 1%, but the top 20% is also increasingly isolated geographically, socially, and politically.
