While over 90 percent of hotel brands support a mobile app as part of their wider digital footprint, few achieve a download rank sufficient to secure enhanced visibility or featured status in the App Store. In addition, the majority of brands surveyed fail to deploy incremental updates or engage in App Store optimization (ASO), missing an opportunity to boost the impact of their investment.
