Over three-quarters of the brands in the L2 Omnichannel Intelligence Report promoted discounts by email in Q1 2014. The heavy reliance on discounts in email programs, the levels of discounts and the emphasis on online sales channels are all consistent with overall low levels of omnichannel implementation found in the Omnichannel Intelligence Report.
