The Russia Luxury Digital IQ Index reveals anemic brand efforts in Russia with 68 percent of brands falling into the Feeble category. In a market that over-indexes on digital and social penetration, few Western brands are making the requisite digital investments and insulating themselves from market uncertainty. The dominance of local platforms such as search engine Yandex and social giant Vkontakte demands a uniquely Russian approach.
