Chad leads L2’s research and client strategy efforts within the CPG, Big Box and Department Store sectors.  He brings a unique mix of industry and consulting experience to L2, having spent 8 years within the retail industry at Target, Walgreens and Sears, where he led the online apparel business.  He transitioned into a consulting role following his time in industry, spending 4 years as a Global Digital Expert in McKinsey’s consumer practice focused on serving retailer and consumer goods companies across a wide range of digital and omnichannel topics including strategy, marketing, fulfillment, eCategory management and organization and operating model development.  Chad has a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University and an M.B.A. from DePaul University
