Lauren leads our Luxury and Retail practice at L2. Here, she serves as the thought leader for the sector, helping clients drive their digital strategies. Her team works to provide client-specific recommendations around industry shifts, e-commerce experience, digital marketing strategies, social media best practices and mobile optimization. Lauren has over a decade of experience consulting with global and US retail brands including L’Oreal, Apple, Valentino, Coach, Michael Kors and Lululemon among others. Prior to L2, she was the VP of Strategic Services at WGSN, the global trend forecaster, where she helped brands identify industry trends and brand specific innovation opportunities. Lauren holds a B.A. in Sociology and Anthropology from Colgate University.
